Safe and well managed footpaths will benefit community development, security and healthy living. Ample bins will be provided to enable the appropriate disposal of dog waste.
O&H Properties has offered to fund necessary infrastructure changes to off-site junctions.
The Transport Assessment, submitted with the outline planning application, clarifies the proposed transport strategy. The Transport Assessment also provided details of the necessary off-site measures such as minor changes to junctions.
