The proposals include 400 new homes, the size, style and tenure of which will be determined at a later stage in the planning process. It is proposed that up to approximately 25% of the homes will be categorised as affordable housing, in line with the Doncaster Council’s requirements.
We are committed to providing high quality houses which complement the local area and meet local housing demand. We will be working closely with Doncaster Council regarding housing provision. The affordable housing will be of high quality and visually indistinguishable from the market housing – helping to create an inclusive and cohesive neighbourhood.
